HIGH PRESSURE PUMP HPS 400

High pressure pump with three plungers

The HPS 400 pump can go up to a maximum pressure of 500 bars, a power of 30 kW and a maximum flow rate of 103 L/min, this pump supplied by HUGES adapts itself to different types of industrial applications thanks to its robustness.

Description

The versatile HPS 400 covers a wide range of flow rates and pressures. It has elements in common with the larger pumps HPS 650 and HPS 850. The mechanical part (including the crankshafts) has a splash lubrication system for the connecting rod bearings. SAE adapter flanges are available, allowing the pump to be coupled to the flywheel of an internal combustion engine or electric motor. The design of the head is optimized, a with the valves positioned in line, to avoid cyclic hardening of the metal and to facilitate maintenance. Treated ceramic pistons extend the life of the seals. Its improved design, with seals, plungers and valves, withstands high pressures at high flow rates.

Max flow 103 l/min at 160 Bar
(22,6 igpm / 27,2 usgpm at 2 320 psi)
Max pressure 500 Bar at 33 l/min
(7 250 psi at 7,4 igpm / 8,9 usgpm)
Max power 30 kW
(40hp)
